Summary: The authors have analyzed the results of a prospective study of treatment with ketoprofen in
26 patients suffering attacks of migraine without aura. The patients were recruited from
a headache advisory center. Therapy was applied against medium to severe attacks coming 1-3
times a month. In the article there is analyzed synoptically the mechanism of action of
ketoprofen in this clinical entity.
