The microdontic upper lateral incisor with hypoplastic crown was used during the prosthetic treatment of the patient with unilateral complete cleft. Low, so called biologic factor of this tooth, didn’t allow to use it as a classic fixed bridge abutment. It was untraditional used during the treatment of the large dental defect with the aim to decrease fixed bridge metal construction springing in the pontic area.
