Summary: The Health Insurance Company celebrates this year ten years of its existence. Similarly, also the branch in the
capital of Prague developed at that time and February 1992 the section of safeguarding of health care developed.
The article deals with the personnel and organizational changes in the section of health care during 1992–2002.
