Summary:

       Radio-frequency ablation (RFA) is one of the methods used in multimodale treatment of liver tumors. The opportunities for the use of RFA are more wide recently. Authors present their own experience with RFA in the treatment of liver tumors and also its use in the treatment of parenchymatous abdominal organs injury. They compare the different operative approaches for RFA with concentration to their advantages.
