Summary: The hereditary tumors represent approximatelly 5–10 per cent of all malignant diseases. The
probability of breast carcinoma in BRCA 1 or BRCA 2 gene carriers is very high. These women are
at extreme risk of development of breast malignant disease.
The recommendations are complex suggestions of possible follow-up of these women by display
methods.
