Authors of this article have measured autofluorescence spectra of healthy and cancerous tissues of the set of 35 patients which diseased with tumour of respiratory tract, and found the bronchial neoplasia is characterized by the presence of cancer autofluorescence maximum of the wavelength 690 nm depending on the kind of the neoplasia and the exitation. On the basis of statistical measurements it can be considered to be one of the main characteristics of the cancerous tissue.
