The statement discusses epidemiology data about DCIS and LCIS, their classification evaluates predictive prognosis factors. Surgical methods are stated, as well as the following health treatment. We present the basic oncology reguirement for the surgical treatment at DCIS, meaning „tumor free margins“. DCIS is clinically more serious and significant than LCIS.
