ENT surgeon needs good looking and no moving of operation field through the direct laryngoscopy. This problem is resulted by any methods of ventilation using by anesthesiologist. Everyone method has not without mistake, everyone method is compromise with needneses of surgeon and anesthesiologist possibility.
