The authors presents a group of 21 patients with oesophageal stenosis. The stenosis was treated by 101dilata- tion of KAD-1 dilators Olympus. Dilated was 15 patients with peptic stenosis, 2 with caustic stenosis and 3 patients with malignant stenosis. PPI and prokinetics was given between dilatations of the peptic stenosis and after dilatations patient was indicated to laparoscopic fundoplication. All of dilatation was successful. Complication (bleeding after dilatation) was recorded in one case.
