Endovascular therapy of aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms of visceral arteries, which endangers life of the patients by bleeding and erosion into adjacent tissues, has been frequently used. The article summarizes peculiarities of individual localisations of aneurysms of unpaired visceral arteries of abdominal aorta and possibilities of their endovascular treatment. The embolisation and introduction of stent-graft in these diseases is documented on two case reports.
