III. interní gastroenterologická klinika, FN MU, Brno-Bohunice, přednosta prof. MUDr. P. Dítě, DrSc.

Summary:

The authors examined 36 subjects six months after the first attack of acute pancreatitis. They investigated morphological changes by ultrasonographic, CT and ERCP examination, the exocri- ne function was assessed by the fluorescein-dilaurate test. In a total of 22.2 % ERCP revealed morphological changes of the pancreas grade 1 – 2 according to the Cambridge classification. A reduced value of the fluorescein-dilaurate test was recorded in 11.1 % of the examined subjects. Changes were significantly more frequent in subjects after alcoholic acute pancreatitis than after acute biliary or idiopathic pancreatitis. The authors draw attention to the necessity of dispensari- zation of subjects after acute pancreatitis as the disease can develop into the chronic stage of changes.
