Summary: The author discusses fundamental problems encountered during revisions in laboratories, regardless of their speciality. She deals with approval of different parts of Appendix no. 2 of the contract with the General Health Insurance Company, on keeping records in laboratories. In the conclusion the most frequent errors encountered during revisions are mentioned.
