Summary: Based on the author’s long-term experience with stapled hemorrhoidopexy (procedure for prolapsing hemorrhoids-PPH), principal
pros and cons of the procedure are presented in the article. Stapled hemorrhoidopexy is considered an option for radical and safe management
of advanced hemorrhoid disorders.
