Summary: endocarditis Infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve belong to rarely form of endocarditis. The most frequently are pre-sents in infection of kardiostimulatíon systém and in intravenous drug abusers and starts as pneumonia migrans usually. Infective endokarditis of prostetic valves háve got some specifics and always need to reo-peration and rereplacement of the valve, sometimes agains. The submitted case-history presents a 44-year-old women with right heart failure and infective endocarditis of tricuspid valve. In 1997 we made implan-tation of biological valve to tricuspidal position. Thanks to poor ATB profylaxion on extraction of teeth in 2002, the biological valve had been attack of prostetic endocarditis and we rereplaced biological valve. Next relaps of infective endocarditis in rereplace biological valve follow in 2003, when in eritical condition from vital indicalion we made next rereplacement of the valve. Patient died for septical shok 15 days after last reoperation.
