Summary:
The case histories of 6 girls with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) describe the disease processes, which also represent very severe or even cruel condition for extraordinary serious defect of body height, damage to the eyes and marked deformity or even destruction of joints. In one case a total endoprosthesis of three major joints had to be applied. Even most recent mode of therapy did not stop the progress of the pathological process.
