From 173 malignant tumours of the orofacial region dispenzarized in the Kolín district in 1963 – 1998 years where dead in total 155 patients to the end 1998, i.e. 89.6 % (from this number 62 – 35.8 % – had malignant tumours, and 93 – 53. 8 % – other diseases). To this time is surviving 18 patients, i.e. 10.4 %. Patients are dead in the mean age 72,8 years, the oldest dead female was 94 years old. The mean survival period was 8,2 years, from this number in those who died from cancer reason 4.4 years. The results are summarized in two tables.
