Problem patients may include some who try to introduce into therapeutic relations also sexual ones. The author draws attention to the fact that sexual relations between physicians and patients are not permissible and charakterizes some personality types and situations with an increased risk of undesirable sexual problems. Most frequently transference mechanisms are involved. The author submits some communication procedures for the solution of situations involving sexual seduction.
