Seventy two vacuumbiopsies carried out byhandheld techniquewere indicated for various reasons; in twenty four cases it concerned primary indication, thirty four times the rebiopsy of the unclear CB (core biopsy) result was made. Sixteen malignant lesions were demonstrated, eight times in situ carcinoma, seven times ductal carcinoma, one papillocarcinoma.
