Summary: Obese 60-years old female with arterial hypertension was
received to our hospital in fever, with dry cough and
confused. At our out-patients’ department after x-rays
and CT examination of chest (caverns on the right side)
we think on lung cancer of right upper bronchus. In
control bronchoscopy we also find suspicious bronchoge-
nic tumor on the right side but histologically was found
epitheloid granuloma. Sputum on 3th week was culture
positive, repeatedly was found Mycobacterium tuberculo-
sis. Author reviewed literary experience and classification
of endobronchial tuberculosis.
