Osteolytic Changes of the Peak of the Pyramid Kafková M., De Riggo J. * , Hajtman A., Menová A. |

Summary: Vestibulocochlear neurinomas are the most frequent intracranial tumours. The
symptomatology of these tumours is obscure and not obvious in early stages.
In our paper, we are presenting a patient with an atypically localized destructive lesion, in the
region of the pyramidal peak. Peroperative and bioptically verified neurinoma type B.
