Bilateral Megalopapilla The authors present an account on the unusual finding of enlarged optic discs in a nine-year-old boy. The clinical finding is consistent with bilateral megalopapilla with preserved intact central and peripheral vision. The authors draw attention to possible mistakes and errors which may be associated with this uncommon clinical finding.
