Pseudoaneurysm or Aneurysm of the Left Ventricle? The Imaging by

Summary: The authors describe and discuss the case of pseudoaneurysm or aneurysm of the left ventricle in
a patient, which was detected by chance by magnetic resonance and later considered questionable.
It was not detected during previous as well as subsequent echocardiography even though the
resonance finding was known. The patient was successfully operated on.
