The authors give an account of the classification of professional activities in stomatosurgical in-patient facilities in Prague. They mention the different manner of reporting in in- and out-patient departments in stomatology. Subsequently they deal with revisory activities in in-patient departments and describe errors in reporting and their subsequent rectification.
