The paper deals with the problem of correct indication of preparations of special infant foods refunded by health insurance. These preparations have prescription limits because indications are involved calling for relatively expensive therapy which should be indicated by a specialist. The author deals also with the problem of how long these preparations should be administered. All preparations are included in the ATC group V06.
