An ureteroileac fistula is a very rare disease the first manifestation of which may be massive life threatening haematuria. The diagnosis of the affection is very difficult and on its speed and quality frequently the patient’s life depends. In the submitted paper the authors discusse the diagnosis, predisposing factors of the development of the fistula, differential diagnosis and possible treatment on the example of a patient diagnosed and treated by the authors.
