The authors are describing a case-report of patient treated by corticosteroids because of leucoclastic vasculitis. After few months he became symptomatic of spinal root irritation. They advert to that most of spinal root irritation is caused by degenerative disease of intervertebral disc, but still exist other causes, that we must taken in account. Spinal epidural lipomatosis is one of these other causes.
