Summary: Aortoenteric fistula is a rare but often fatal upper gastrointestinal
condition. We present 2 cases of secondary
aortoenteric fistula between duodenum and aortofemoral
bypasse. It should be considered in all patiens with
masive gastrointestinal bleeding with a history of angiosurgery
bypasses.
