The work has been aimed to basic evaluation of relationship between orgasm and muscular tension. In order to correlate the relation between muscular tension and orgasm the authors selected measuring amplitude of H reflex, which is used in the study of excitability of spinal neurons. Results: evaluation of the condition of excitability of the system using only amplitude of H system appears to be insufficient; a relevant conclusion may be drawn after correlating several parameters. Even this kind of work cannot claim conclusively that after the organism the muscular tension decreases; the result may be probably indluenced by vegetative typology of the proband and sexual differences can not be excluded.
