We analysed group of 90 patients retrospectively. This group was divided in two parts, depending on taking (62.2 %) or not taking (37.8 %) of non-steroid antirevmatics drugs (NSA). There was no difference in age in both groups. The most frequent drug using by patients was Acetylsalicylic acid. The Helicobacter pylori infection status did not differ in both groups. The main cause of bleeding in NSA group was stomach ulcer (35.7 %) and combine and multiple ulcers (19.6 %). In the group of patients without any anamnesis NSA taking was the most frequent finding the bulbar ulcer (50 %). Conservative therapy was indicated in 53.6 % patients with NSA (vs. 64.7 %), endoscopic therapy was made in 46.4 % patients with NSA (vs. 35.3 %) and the surgical intervention was necessary in NSA patients in 4.4 % (vs. 5.6 %). Also the consumption of blood transfusions count for one patient was same in both groups. NSA group patients was completely cured in 85.7 % (vs. 97.1 %) and 14.3 % died (vs. 2.9 %). Because of low number of patients were not discovered statistically significant difference.
