Summary:

       Tumors of the small bowel are seldom course of gastrointestinal malignity. The small bowel tumor occurrence represents 1–5% in world literature. Good prognosis and five year survival depend on early diagnose and radical surgical treatment with consequential multimodal therapy. Our patient’s case documents the diagnose difficulties and its possibilities.
