Summary: The authors deal with the possibilities to extend indications for the application
of so called primary sinuslift.A titanium splintwas developed, which brings about a substantial
improvement of primary stability of implants in the sinuslift cavity and consequently a significant
improvement in the results of these therapeutic procedures. The authors inform about
the therapeutic procedure and their experience in the application of this method. The contribution
is a part of the results of the Research Task IGA NK 6065-32000.
