The authors describe an interventional controlled trial focused on lifestyle factors and their changes in during pregnancy under the influence of an information booklet. They mention results pertaining to the standard of knowledge, subjective feeling of awareness and motivation for a change of lifestyle. Intervention in the form of a booklet is positively received by the respondents. It influences in particular their attitudes to lifestyle as well as some knowledge.
