Authors evaluated indications and applications of Nd:YAG, CO2 and Er:YAG lasers in treatment of medical compromised patients after transplantations, with anticoagula- tive and immunosuppressive medication. Authors managed periodontal, dentoalveolar and oncological surgical procedures. These conclusions are based on this experience: a) We can treat many different patients with conventional surgical contraindications with Nd:YAG laser safely without additional medication; b) Er:YAG and CO2 lasers are for medical compromised patients minimal effective compare to Nd:YAG laser without real competition.
