Summary: The authors report two cases of intracranial aneurysms where intracranial stent
implantation was used during the endovascular treatment. One patient was previously
treated unsuccessfully by repeated coils. Implantation into dissecting aneurysm of
basilar artery and the second patient suffered by symptomatic fusiform aneurysm of
basilar artery. Stents implantation was in both cases an alternative treatment instead
to parent vessel occlusion.
