Summary: The author draws attention to the frequent incorrect understanding and interpreptation of Brügger’s
sitting position and its use in practice. She presents the basic characteristic of Brügger’s concept
with regard to the so-called construction of upright posture and the procedure as regards correction
of posture in a sitting position.
