The authors investigated the relationship between the ratio of radioactivity of 99mTc-DMSA cumulated by the kidneys two hours after intravenous administration with other examination methods of renal functions. They investigated the relationship to the urea and creatinine plasma level, to the glomerular filtration and tubular reabsorption assessed by creatinine clearance and the gradient of the second stage of the nephrographic curve. They used Spearman´s correlation coefficient and figures of regression lines. The value of the examined parameter correlates with all mentioned methods.
