Summary:
An uncommon complication of relaps of chronic pancreatitis is described. Through pseudoaneurysma of
gastroduodenal artery a pancreato-vessel fistula developed whose manifestation was hemosuccus pancreaticus,
hypercoagulation state and panniculitis. The basic diagnostic methods were ultrasound, colour Doppler
mapping and spiral computer tomography. As an invasive test was chosen an arteriography which was also
a method of treatment. Except diagnostic consideration an overview of cause of blood in bile and ways of
treatment are described.
