The Consequence of Disorders
of Deciduous Teeth on Permanent Dentition Černochová P., Kaňovská K., Kuklová J. Stomatologická klinika LF MU, FN u sv. Anny, Brno, přednosta prof. MUDr. J. Vaněk, CSc. |
|
Summary: Two cases of orthodontically treated children in whom the extractions of permanent teeth were done are described. The indications for extractions were the malformations of
permanent teeth. A Turner’s tooth in the mandible was present in the first case, and a permanent tooth in the maxilla with a dilacerated crown and reduplicated root in the second one.
The extractions in both cases were followed by orthodontic after-treatment. The impact of
mentioned disorders on the permanent dentition and the possibilities of their combined
management are discussed.
