Authors present findings of intramural esophageal pseudodiverticulosis in two patients by contrast examination. They describe the course of disease in two patients, the finding of imaging methods and endoscopy and possible differential diagnosis. The etiology of these changes and problems of definitive diagnosis, the course, prognosis and possible complications of the intramural pseudodi- verticulosis are discussed.
