Summary: Isolated complete pancreatic rupture caused by blunt trauma is not a common injury.Such injury due to the
retroperitoneal location of the pancreas and slow presentation of clinical signs of pancreatic trauma is unsuitable
for an early diagnosis and this may lead to deterioration of the general condition of the patient.Early diagnosis
in blunt pancreatic trauma may not lead to a smooth uncomplicated course of treatment. In our report,we present
the case of 35-year-old man hit by a horse who suffered isolated complete laceration of the pancreatic tail.
