In the office of generál practitioners cardiovascular diseases occupy a substantial part of the office hours. A typical accumulation of influenced and un-influenced risk factors of cardiovascular diseases is presented in three patients. Pointed out is the marked co-incidence of ischemic disease in the lower extremities and of ischemic heart disease in time. Secondary prevention is the main task.
