The article presents contemporaryTNMclassification ofmalignant oculartumors. This classification allows to establish the prognosis of the disease correctly and to choose proper treatment strategy. According to this classification, it is possible to compare results of the treatment and to communicate with the doctors and hospitals at the national and international level as well. It is necessary to acquaint the doctors especially in postgraduate courses with this classification, although the malignant ocular tumors represent only 0.2 – 0.5 % of all tumors.
