Summary:
The authors deal in a comprehensive way with rheumatological problems in patients with chronic
renal failure. They discuss in particular rheumatological diseases typical for these patients, i.e. renal
osteopathy, crystal induced arthritis and dialysis-related amyloidosis. In the conclusion they
describe the examination procedure recommended to rheumatological patients having dialysis
treatment.
