Summary: The authors describe less usual changes on the skeleton of the right upper extremity in a child with
clinical diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis. The X-ray examination revealed periostosis of metacarpi of
the thumb and second finger with a thickening of radius. CT confirmed intracerebral calcifications.
