Tactics and Strategy of Transurethral Resection of

Summary: Transurethral resection plays a unique role in the treatment
of the bladder tumours. The indications, strategy,
tactisc, methods and potential complications of the transurethral
resection are discussed. Especial attention is
paid to the most risky group of patients with T1 G3
tumours. Progression in about a half of these patients
after TUR alone lead to consider early cystectomy.
