In this čase review, the author analyses causes rfpancreatic flstules in patients whounderwent panereatic resectiens. He presents a censervative therapeutic approach, which may be combined with invasive endoBccpic and surgical methods. Ccnsidering the high morbidity rate rf the diserder, it is recemmended to perferm a preventivě pancreatcjejuncanastcmoBis already during the primary treatment tf the panereas.
