Summary: Based on two case-records the author draws attention to moral, ethical and legal problems and
internal conflicts which may be encountered by physicians or psychologists during work with
a client or system involved in sexual abuse of children. Attention is drawn to the necessity of
interdisciplinary collaboration beyond the framework of medicine.
