Summary: Evaluation of our clinical experience with cases of pregnancy
after hysteroscopic intrauterine operations. There
are several case reports in the literature showing increase
fetomaternal morbidity after intrauterine surgery.
Pregnancies after some types of intrauterine surgery
(septum resecion, endometrial ablation) are high risk.
They can lead to increase fetomaternal morbidity. We
recommend intensive prenatal care with immediate surgical
intervention when complications occur.
