Summary:

In neurosarcoidosis findings of specific granulomas in the pituitary are reported, in the central area of the brain and less frequently affections of the meninges. CT on contrast examination makes it possible to diagnose granulomas, however the supreme method is MRI after Gd administration. In the course of five years of MR operation the authors examined only two demonstrated patients with neurosarcoidosis. In both instances the caseistory, the slight complaints and the benign course of the disease led to the diagnosis of neurosarcoidosis.

Key words: neurosarcoidosis - computer tomography - magnetic resonance
