Summary:
The statistic analysis of a large group of patients with neurological analysis enabled elucidation of biological
role ofCSFproteins evaluated; in with comparison with clinical data of these patients, specific clinical syndromes
of CSF proteinogram were defined. Previously, CSF proteinogram was introduced to routine clinical practice for
diagnostics of neuroinfective and autoimmune diseases of CNS and PNS; after that, the concrete definition of
clinical syndromes of CSF proteinogram enables routine diagnosis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases of
nervous system.
